• General right of exchange &refund : the customer has the right to exchange or return the product and obtain a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.  Considering:
• Usage conditions: Hygiene related products such as soap : product must be unopened, unused, and sealed to be eligible for return or exchange. For textiles products such as pillow covers: item must be unused, unwashed, and in it's original condition when received.

• Defected products:  The customer has the right to return, exchange, or request a full refund, regardless of the 14 day period 

• Workshop bookings are non-refundable and may only be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. 

• Customized orders require a deposit. Strictly no cancellation once confirmed. 

• Please note that we are not liable for any delays that may occur due to courier services or customs procedures.
