Exchange & Return Policy - Local Orders

Regulations of replacing or returning goods as per the executive regulation of the law no 2014/39 regarding consumer protection: Customers may return most new, unused items within fourteen (14) days as allocated by the Kuwait law from the date of purchase to return or exchange the product for a full refund. The item should be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact and the product has not been used by the customer.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized furniture and upholstered products
  • Made-to-measure products (cut or naturally dyed fabrics)
  • All personal care products, including blankets, pillowcases, tea towels, napkins, and silk accessories, due to health and hygiene reasons
  • Self-care products

If the customer you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference.

To initiate the return, the customer can visit our store to process the return/exchange or you can contact our customer service at orders@dye-works.com and provide us with your invoice number.

The customers will be asked to fill up and sign the refund form.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within four (4) business days or will be sent via link.

Exchange and Return Policy - International Orders

We accept returns and exchanges for international orders under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email) is required.
  • Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:
  • Custom or bespoke items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., skincare, soaps, consumables)

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer care team at Orders@dye-works.com with the subject line: "International Return Request - Order #[YourOrderNumber]".
  2. Please include:
    Reason for return or exchange
    Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
    Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  3. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions, including our return address and any shipping documentation needed.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable international shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • For exchanges, the customer is responsible for:
    Sending the original item back
    Paying the re-shipping fee for the new item (a separate invoice will be issued)

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider).
  • Please note: Original shipping fees and duties/taxes are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will cover the return shipping for faulty or incorrect items and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and taxes imposed by their country upon receipt of goods.
  • These fees are non-refundable, even if the item is returned or exchanged.

We are unable to cancel international orders once they have been processed or shipped.
